Product Warranty

Link Brokers International and Pro Star International, through its parent company, Twinlab, maintains insurance to protect the Company and Representatives against product liability claims. The Pro Star insurance policy extends coverage to Representatives so long as they are marketing and promoting Pro Star products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Representative Agreement, Terms and Conditions, these Policies and Procedures and any other regulations promulgated by Pro Star. The Pro Star product liability policy does not extend coverage to claims arising as a result of a Representative’s misconduct in marketing the products.
